Building Community through Diversity: The Contributions of Social Work with Groups

The 10th National and 3rd International Conference on Social Work with Groups will take place on 26 January 2027, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the University of the Balearic Islands in Mallorca, Spain.

The conference aims to provide a space for meeting, reflection and exchange among academics, practitioners, students and anyone interested in Social Work with Groups and its contributions to building more inclusive, participatory and diverse communities.

The programme will combine paper presentations with practical workshops. Proposals for papers and workshops may be submitted until 15 October 2026. Registration for the event will also close on that date.

The conference will be held one day before the opening of CIFETS 2027, the 15th National and 6th International Congress on Social Work, providing an additional opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, research and innovative practices related to social work with groups.

Registration is free of charge, but places are limited.
